Robert finally called after my snarky message. I had to leave several messages, the last message I left was slightly snarky for the fact he had not returned my calls for 2 days. The following Monday/Tuesday I reached out to Robert directly. Robert the manager attempted to correct the screw up but was unable to do so and never called me to let me know that they were unable to rearrange. I received a text message on April 26th confirming our appointment the following day at 3pm?!! I immediately called and the s*%! show began. I wanted to something special for him and scheduled 80 minute couples massage at 11 am, on April 27th. My husband recently started traveling for work so I only get to see him every two weeks for a total of 4 days at a time.
Never have I experienced such incompetence! I am required to pick a star but I would prefer to give lots of negative ones. If the manager can see this and would like to get in touch with us, you should have received a message from your receptionist regarding your 10am appointments on May 5th 2019. I wanted to have a nice experience with my mom. Nor will I be recommending this place to anyone as I have in the past. We are still waiting for that manager to call us back.I am truly shocked that no one has reached out. Are you kidding me? In no way shape or form did we receive over $800 worth of services. When the young woman at the desk was asked to tell us what services we received, there were two services on the bill we did not receive and were charged for. We were informed there was no manager there. ( I later find out,They wrote whatever they wanted on that paper and made my mother pay for it.) The next day my mother called to speak with a manager. She was asked to sign a paper, and she asked what it said, and ask for a copy which she did not receive.

(We already paid $485 for our facials and massages.so.) My mother was told the upgrade was $120. But instead, they ended up charging her an additional $360 for services we never received. My mother wanted to surprise me and upgraded my facial as an early mother's day present for me. Exciting! We paid before we received anything.
We were both getting a massage and a facial. My mother and I received gift cards for Christmas and we're finally able to take advantage of them on May 5th. Since money wasnt the issue a discount was nice but did not give me the stress relief i needed. I asked about the standards of care for pedicures he didnt know. I told him about the chair which he had no idea. I told him about my experience and was told he would give me a corporate rate. I will say that when i paid i spoke with a white man with brown hair and eyes. Especially when this is considered a treat and self care for most women.

No customer should have to tell the tech how to do their job. The whole experience was so disappointing and underwhelming. Nor was the much needed relief and have my minimal expectation was not met.

She did not trim the skin around the top of my toes. Furthermore when asked her to file down the top of the nails were some are thickened, it seemed was another alien concept. Which seemed beyond her comprehension to the point I asked the lady next to me to show her toe nails to my tech.
I repeatedly ask for her to cut my nails shorter. I went to Contour Day Spa in Plantation Florida for a pedicure. In my experience and thats getting and going to spas all over.
